"The apartment smells like smoke. It is all I could think about and smell. I tried to spray room scent and perfume but it wouldn’t help.Also the 1 of the bedsheets seemed to have dust and hair on it like it wasn’t touched in a bit.The kitchen is updated but the shower isn’t.Host is very nice and place was easy to get into."

"This property is managed by a property management company. They were responsive to communications (and we appreciated that), but seem to have had no flexibility about anything outside policy. Written responses were all pro forma and impersonal.Checking in was a disaster. The door-lock mechanisms did not work and it took a long time late in the evening to contact the management.
