This cottage is nestled between Pine Creek and Route 6. Located approximately 12 miles outside of the historic small town of Wellsboro, PA and just 10 miles away from the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon. Within walking distance of the Log Cabin Inn and Canyon Cruise where you can rent rafts, kayaks, canoes, and bicycles. Plenty of tourist attractions and things to do within a short drive. Or even just relax and enjoy Pine Creek right from the yard on the porch swing or hammock.
This three bedroom home was recently fully remodeled with a two story addition. Home includes a well stocked eat in kitchen, 2 full baths, washer/dryer, water filtration system, and central air/heating. Outhouse in yard includes a third bathroom with shower and small kitchen area/refrigerator and sink (see kitchenette and bathroom 3 photos).

Sleeping arrangements include:
Downstairs bedroom: Queen bed with sitting area.
Upstairs bedroom: Queen bed, sitting area and desk
Upstairs bedroom: bunk bed (double bottom, twin top, twin trundle) and couch with pull out queen sized bed).
Each bedroom has it's own TV with netflix access.

Yard includes a charcoal grill and fire pit. Splash in the creek and fish right off the front yard or take a short walk to the swimming hole under the bridge.

*Dog friendly, limited to 2 well behaved/house trained dogs with approval. Dogs are not permitted to be left in the home unattended (may be crated).
*Outhouse/kitchenette are seasonal only and closed during the winter.
*We are near Route 6 so there is a potential for road noise.
