"While actually being a spacious 3 bedroom house, it had the feeling of being a vacation cabin. It is in an excellent location for getting around Potter-Tioga counties, especially the "Grand Canyon" of PA. The only disappointment was the lack of wildlife. The day we arrived, we saw 7 deer feeding across the street. After that nothing. Unfortunately, this was a common theme throughout the area at this time. We did not have our cell service activated while we were there, so we had no way to ask why the AC/Furnace seemed to be shut-off (thermostat was blank). This was not a problem as the whether was mild. The gas fireplace worked great at taking the chill off, especially in the morning."
