"Clean room - helpful friendly staff."

"No one told us the Quality inn was under renovation even though we had called to confirm our reservation, so we had to stay at the Ramada Inn across the street. The sheets and pillow cases had not been changed from the the previous tenants stains on both the sheets and pillows. The floors were dirty, the trash bins in the hallway were overflowing. We found a pair of dirty socks in the shower. No breakfast or pool. Only 2 pillow cases for the 6 pillows. Was told they didnt have any more. The response from management was sorry? Recommend not staying here! "

"There were bedbugs and i was told i would receive a refund but have not recieved one yet and its been 4 days. As soo. As we saw the bugs we left without staying the night. I have pictures of the bugs and i also showed the person who was working that night."

"The Brick and vine property was perfect for our little weekend getaway. I didn’t realize it was across from Loon Lake, that was an awesome surprise. Beautiful sunset! Definitely recommend if you are looking to stay in Waseca."

"We came in town for a wedding. We called the day before to see if 90 minutes early check in could be accommodated or if there was a restroom available to change in. We were told yes to the restroom and to call back in the morning for early check-in possibility. Called in around 11 am on check-in day to be told to call back at 2pm. Arrived around 1:40 at hotel and was told pool was full so we could not use restroom to change and to come back in 30 minutes to see if room was available as they did not have the laundry finished yet. We had to leave for wedding in 30 minutes so we shared that with front desk. She did agree to check the room at that time and it was available. We appreciated the early check in but it was a big deal to the staff. Breakfast was quite disappointing. The tables and chairs were moved for mopping by 9:30. There was big sign "no eggs" and there was no meat option either. "

"The place is now an extended stay with some nightly rooms. Our room had electricity only in the bathroom. Toilet bowl was completely brown! Toilet seat was broken with duck tape wrapped around it! Clerk was polite and refunded my money. But I then needed to find another motel at 11 pm."
