Welcome to Ocean Surf Condominiums, #6 
At this cozy, well-maintained condo you have the opportunity to enjoy a seven mile stretch of beach... directly at your fingertips.
This Ocean Surf condo is located on the top floor of the condominium, providing you with some of the most marvelous panoramic views of Wells Beach. 
While the views are spectacular, the space is certainly noteworthy. Boasting natural light and beach-themed decor, this condo is encompasses the true character of coastal southern Maine. The full kitchen comes equipped with everything you need for meal-preparation, including all cutlery & crockery, a stainless steel oven & range, dishwasher, and full-sized refrigerator. The main bedroom consists of a queen-sized bed, an en-suite 1/2 bathroom and wall-mounted smart TV. The second bedroom, located just down the hallway, has an additional queen bed with partial views of the ocean and a TV. 
The living space has two sofas and each may be utilized as additional sleeping arrangements (one queen and one twin pull-out). The tall windows create a warm & inviting space while providing you with private, direct views of the ocean! The deck overlooking the water includes outdoor seating is the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or afternoon cocktail, or you can climb down the spiral staircase and sink your feet into the Wells Beach sand!

There is a Strict one-car parking limitation, VEHICLE CAN NOT BE A LARGE SUV OR TRUCK in your assigned spot. This property is not pet friendly, without exception. Property is child-friendly, however spiral staircase may pose risk to small children & those with physical limitations.

Great view and overall nice place. Would stay again if was cleaned better.
