Modern house at Wells Beach - Available Winter Rentals Off Season-reduce rate.
- This is a single family home on the Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge. Available year round with discounts in the off season for monthly rentals. The views are simply amazing. Beautiful Sunsets. 1 block from the beach. 3 Queen bedrooms and 1 bunk room that sleeps 6. There are 2 full bathrooms, one walk in shower, one bath tub. There is a 1st floor powder room and an outdoor shower. Basic cable and smart TV's in every bedroom and the living space. The bunk room has cubbies with outlets/USB for charging electronics. The bunk room also has a playstation 4. Feel free to banish the kids to the 3rd floor. Towels (Bath and Beach) and bed linens provided. Four beach chairs are available. Two grills available - one propane and one charcoal. Adirondack chairs and fire pit in backyard. Black out shades in all bedrooms. Mini-splits for AC.

5. Clink bags are for recycling. Stickers allow for recycling at Hannifords.
