This condo is located on the second floor of Wellington Manor, a quaint complex that sits half a mile from the heart of downtown Wells. You'll be within walking distance of various eateries and the town's famous antique shops on Route 1, two miles west of Drakes Island Beach, and two miles south of the peaceful nature trails at Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge.

Things to Know
The community pool is closed January, February and March. It reopens in April and April thru August you can swim from 8am to 10pm. September thru December the pool also is open with pool hours of 8am to 9pm.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 2.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
