Take a stroll to the pool, hot tub, fitness center, game room or play a game of tennis all within the complex. Grill & eat dinner on the deck or grab dinner in nearby Ogunquit or Kennebunkport. Very nice cottage and clean. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Hot tub, pool and the clubhouse were well-kept and wonderful and the neighborhood was friendly and beautifully done.

Just what we needed

Cute little cottage in a quiet community that had everything we needed for our stay. The back deck was perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. Our kids loved the pool area and while it is not exactly walkable to the beach (especially with kids) it's a short drive to several beaches, restaurants, cute shops, and attractions.

Short vaca

Cute cottage. AC cut in and out with high temps. AC was in second bedroom kept it cool. We would have liked it in main bedroom. Some stains on carpets and chairs. Outdoor porch used for cards made a tranquil spot with lights at nite. Overall we enjoyed our stay despite high temp of 100 degrees.

When we first arrived, we found a prescription bottle someone left behind. It made us question how well this property was cleaned. We also found a pill on the floor in the kitchen. The ladder to the bunk bed was so close to the wall even a small child would have trouble going up it. The bedroom carpet should be cleaned or taken out.

Nice quaint cottage

We enjoyed our time at the cottage. The cottage is located in a cute cottage village close to the beaches, restaurants, and shopping. You will need a car, but everything is close by. The cottage was a good size for our family with two bedrooms, it comfortably fits 5-6 people. The cottage has a washer/dryer a dishwasher oven microwave and a drip coffee maker. The outside has a medium sized gas grill. The cottage also had linens and towels although some towels have seen better days. The cottage could have a been cleaner some utensils and cups had residue and the cleaning of the rooms/floors seemed rushed. The cottage had two ACs one in a bedroom and another in the living room. The second bedroom gets very hot despite leaving the door open. It could use its own AC. The common area included a pool, hot tub, a waddle pool and a game area, those were clean and well maintained. The pool didn’t get crowded which was nice. The guests/owners of the village cottages were very pleasant. We would probably stay again.
