The house worked perfectly for my group of 12! Each adult couple has their own bedroom which was amazing! The kitchen was well equipped and big enough to cook family meals! Hot tub was a bonus, overall a great stay!

This is a beautiful home with gorgeous views of the marsh and sunsets. It is a short walk to the beach and was a wonderful place to stay. The owner is very responsive to questions.

The kitchen had everyyhing you need. The bedrooms had all the bedding. All linens were th were provided including towels for the hot tub. We really enjoyed the dining table. With 9 people we never felt crowded.

We had a great time, and the layout works well for groups with kids. The two separate living spaces on the ground floor allow the kids to spend time in one and adults to enjoy themselves in the other. Easy walk to the beach. I don't recall the limitations of Moody beach being detailed in the reservation, but we had a good time.

A house built for a family vacation

With 7 bedrooms, 2.5 bath rooms, a full kitchen and large dinning and living area, plus quick access to Moody beach, this home was perfect for our multi-generation family of 6 adults and 4 young children. We plan to stay again.

This is the perfect place for a large group! It was nice to have 2 living rooms to spread out in and a dining room table large enough to fit everyone! My family enjoyed the hot tub and many walks to the beach.

Great house, Great Location!

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone coming to the Wells area. Quick walk to the beach as well as a close drive to all the shopping and restaurants. The house was clean and had plenty of room for everyone. Beds were super comfy! Thanks again!

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of space for my whole family. Hot tub was an awesome amenity as well! We also had to stay late on our last day due to the Blizzard and Richard was able to accommodate our request. Highly recommend!

The house was great, it was walking distance to the beach and a perfect spot for my friends. The rooms are small but not cramped, and there were a number of sitting areas for hanging out. It was very clean, and the sweet owners left a celebratory bottle of champagne! A great spot for a beach weekend. My one note to other guests would be that the beds in the twin bunk bed room are not adult sized (possibly my own misunderstanding). They are probably about 5’6” judging by my own wingspan, so we could not have anyone sleep there as planned.
