Coolbrook Cottage is a charming, recently refurbished 19th-century family home that comfortably sleeps eight. Nestled amidst mature woodland, this delightful retreat offers a serene and picturesque setting.

Just a 5-minute walk from the local village and a short drive to numerous beautiful beaches, Coolbrook Cottage is perfectly situated for a relaxing summer getaway. Additionally, the vibrant town of Wexford is only a 20-minute drive away, providing easy access to a variety of shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions.

The house is accessed through the back door, which opens into a fully fitted kitchen equipped with modern appliances and a large dining table. Double doors lead out to a south-east-facing yard, perfect for outdoor dining when the weather permits.

The cozy living room, accessible from the kitchen, features an open fire, a spacious seating area, and a formal dining table.

Downstairs also includes a utility room with a toilet and washing machine, as well as an office space conveniently located at the foot of the stairs.

Upstairs, you'll find four bright and spacious bedrooms: two double bedrooms, one triple room, and a single room. There are also two bathrooms and a separate toilet.

Beautiful location and space. Loved the Irish countryside and peaceful location. We had a party of 8 and everyone was very comfortable. A variety of sleeping options and beds were comfortable. The host was communicative and responsive. Would definitely stay again!
