You will be close to everything that the fascinating Village of Wellington has to offer. This exquisite property is fully furnished with a comfortable coastal vibe. This place is attached to the house but it is completely private and has its own entrance.
This, open floor plan, property has been completely remodeled and updated including a brand new kitchen. The kitchen has all new appliances. This place has wall to wall ''wood'' tile that gives a coastal boardwalk feel. The guest will enjoy a spacious master bedroom with a large walk in closet and a gorgeous spa like bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen and a trundle bed. The living room has a comfortable king pull out memory foam sofa bed. If you need to work, there is a full desk. The large screen smart TV is ready for you to sign into any of your streaming accounts.
