Was very average given the expense of the place and extremely noisy! Parking was available but at a price, not the safest of areas, the light in lift for the car park had been smashed, so pitch black inside lift! Will do better hunting for accommodation next time

It was convenient and comfortably enough, however we could hear a humming noise coming from the adjoining room going throughout the night we surmised that it must have been the heater. We were charged an extra $70.00 once we checked out for something that we were not made aware of we can only conclude that it was for the underground parking which we thought was part of the hotels service as we weren't made aware of any extra out lay cost and even though i called the reception and asked why we were charge she unfortunately couldn't explain and assured me that management would be in touch via call or email its been 4 days and I've still not had a reaponse, when on holidays you expect everything to be transparent when making hotel bookings, not extra costs added after youve checked out we still don't no what the extra $70 dollar cost was for as there wasn't a mini bar we can only assume it was for parking and it cost $35.00 a night to make matters worse the parking area was tight and pokie. I will not be recommending this place to family and friends in NZ or Australia

Staff were friendly and the place was nice but very dated. Could do with a paint & repairs, peeling paint in bathroom above shower and no double insulation on Windows so incredibly noisy, hence not much sleep at all. Would not recommend because of this

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
The front desk staff and cleaners very friendly . The room had no air con and very hot . The bathroom no ventilation. As we had to keep the windows open for ventilation the noise from the street below dry noisy and unsafe to go out in the evening due to the drunks. The cafe should be turned into a coffee shop where you could wait or entertain visitors all day hours
