"No swimming towels made available, told to make use of our bath towels. Swimming pool was dirty with crickets and dead frogs in it. The bath towels are old and hard. The bedding is stained with old marks. Paint is peeling off walls in unit. No-one emptied dustbins over a 2 days stay even though we placed this outside. Wine glasses on the shelf cracked. Iron was rusted and marked out clothing. Remote control for gate not working. Did not need or want to hear Receptionist’s work history....

The day of booking the property the owner called after 9pm to enquire where the payment was to which we explained it was purchased on hotels.com AND that the trip was for my SICK mother.
