The townhouse is a 2 minute walk from Petone's popular and vibrant Jackson street where there are multiiple shops, cafes, bars and restaurants offering nearly every variety of cuisine. Petone Beach and the unique Lighthouse Cinema are less than a 5 minute walk. Multiple Bus Stops are nearby and it's a 12 minute walk to the Train Station which will take to Wellington CBD or Lower Hutt, Upper Hutt and the Wairapa in the other direction. Two large supermarkets and the Big Box Stores are all very handy and situated at the lower end of Jackson Street.
