Comfy stylish Central Wellington studio

A ground floor studio presented in pristine condition for business or a weekend escape, just 4ks to Lambton Quay and a 10-minute drive to Sky Stadium. The sunny combined living and bedroom area is freshly painted, carpeted and furnished. In the well-equipped kitchenette, there’s everything you want from a coffee maker to a blender. The super-king bed is luxurious and there’s Wifi and fibre to keep you connected. The sparkling bathroom hits the same high standard with a generous walk-in shower.

Guests have access to the entire apartment. The owners live in the property on the upper level.

Talk to the onsite owner about parking onsite and then forget about using the car because you’re only one stop from Wellington Central Station. If you’re in the capital for fun, it’s easy to spend the day selecting the latest fashion or getting your culture fix, before a freshen up and then back to town for a night out. Politicos will also enjoy the close proximity to most government departments. There’s even a brush with nature in the beautiful Karori wildlife sanctuary, just 10 mins by car.

Train station is just a 2 minute walk away. You will have access to the Johnsonville line and is the last stop heading into the city. It takes about 8 mins on the train to the Wellington Central Station.

If heading north there is a train up to Johnsonville taking about 10 mins.

Parking is available with the owners' permission for one car.
- No parties allowed.
- No pets.
- This is a smoke free property.
- Please be considerate of our owners located upstairs - no loud noises between 10pm - 8am.
- No visitors. This means that only the exact guests who are booked to stay can be at the property at any time. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in you being removed from the property immediately and all costs associated with this will be on-charged. If you are wishing to have guests visit you when at the property please get in touch with us prior to your booking as we can make the odd exception on a case by case basis.
- If you are taking the property for longer than two weeks then the owner requires a clean at least every two week period. This amended cleaning charge will be sent through to you once we have received your booking.
- No shoes allowed inside
- If you lose the key a replacement fee will be charged.
- For any lockouts, the guest will be charged a service fee for re-entry.
- Our check out is 10am. If you have not vacated the property by this time and our cleaners are delayed you will be charged a fee of $100 for every half hour you remain in the property.
