The location is perfect for exploring the local area and the bonus is the pub with local cider and excellent food options for vegetarians and meat lovers alike. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of room to walk around. Food in the evening was excellent, with a good menu choice. A good selection of cask beers brewed on site as Corn Brewery. Breakfast was excellent a good menu to choose from. All the staff were great. We highly recommend."

Service in the restaurant is friendly but has room for improvement (eg taking plates away promptly, and presenting wine at the right temperature (red wine temp was good on one day, but far too cold the next). It would be useful when booking if it were clearer that there is a restricted menu Sun - Tues. Overall, we really appreciate the welcome here."
