At check in they were unable to find our booking and we’re not expecting us, they did provide us with a room but we had to wait for it to be cleaned. There were dustpans & brushes left on the landing, room was reasonably clean but tired, breakfast was an extra €7 each at the sister property down the street and was good value. The bar was not open. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The staff were warm, attentive, and always helpful, whether at reception or in the restaurant. Breakfast offered an excellent variety, and the on-site golf facilities were top-notch.
