Leider hat das Hotel keine Parkplätze direkt am Haus und als Gast darf man nach 19.00 Uh nicht in der Innenstadt parken, d.h. man muss ausserhalb der Altstadt irgendwo parken. We arrived late evening so the restaurant was no longer open and there is no place close by to get snacks or anything. Had drinks in the bar area which were really good but having a pizza oven or something to heat up or make some appetizers would have really made it better. Staff were very friendly"

"We spent 3 nights at the property and were pleased from check in to check out. We chose this property mainly because of the spa access. You pay a little extra for the spa package but it is well worth it. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful with all my questions. The room was large and well appointed. The breakfast was great. We are already planning a return trip for next year."

"Excellent location but the communication from the hotel wasn’t good. I messaged the hotel the morning of my arrival after not receiving a key code (the place is unmanned). I arrived at the property and still had not received any instruction to gain access. Then I had to make a very expensive phone call to the people that run the property and was told “oh you should never book with Expedia as we can’t contact you there.” Not very helpful. However, after paying a fortune to speak to someone the lady cleaning the rooms came and let me in. Apart from the bad start, all else was good. The location is amazing and the room spacious and very comfortable and clean."
