Located on the St. John’s River, with a 24 foot boat slip, you will have access to grills, a fire pit, pool and outdoor kitchen. It is located in close proximity to serval popular restaurants and bars which offer live music and entertainment. The public boat ramp is just down the street, providing easy access to launch your boat and arrive within minutes to the condominium docks. We came to the area for a wedding and were fortunate enough to book this condo. It is absolutely spotless and the owners have it stocked well with anything you would need. They were great in communicating with us and the check in was extremely easy. The beds were very comfortable and the building was very quiet. I wish we would have had more time to check out the lake and the pool.

Perfect family getaway

The condo was clean and had everything we needed (and more) for our family of 4. The owners are great. The view from the condo is of the river, pool, and dock. The pool was fun. We had a personal space to dock the boat. There is an elevator as well as stairs in the building. The place is nicer than it looks in the pictures and we would definitely stay again!

St Johns fishing trip

Great apartment. Super clean and comfortable. Absolutely no where to park a boat while connected to your truck and no where to plug in a battery charger. Overall a good stay. Beautiful view and very quite.

Fun times in Welaka

This was a great weekend getaway. The condo is spacious and spotless. We had a dock slip for our boat that was very convenient. The sunsets were amazing! People at the pool were friendly. Christy was very quick to respond to any questions. Looking forward to going back for another weekend getaway.

Condo was perfect, extremely by clean. All the neighbors we met were nice. Enjoyed the pool and having a boat slip so we had access to it anytime during the day. We had an amazing stay at Sunset Getaway! The communication with Christine was outstanding! She even added personal touches that made us feel so welcomed from the moment we stepped inside! Welaka Weekend

We had a wonderful stay in the Welaka Riverfront condo. It is in a great location, well taken care of, clean and had our own boat slip. The owner Christine was awesome. She was quick to respond to any communication and even called me the morning of our trip to make sure we were clear on directions to the property and access. She made sure to let me know if we needed anything to reach out. We will definitely be back and will recommend to our friends and family. Nice accommodations

The condo is nice and spacious. It's on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator which we discovered after we had lugged our stuff up the stairs! There are two bedrooms and 2 baths. The bedroom with 2 twin beds has an attached bath, the queen bedroom has a bathroom off the hall. We appreciated the washer/dryer and washing pods left for our use. There are plenty of glasses, plates, dishes & silverware and cooking utensils. The sofas and chairs are very comfortable. We enjoyed the breeze and the view while eating at the dining table. It's a nice condo, we would stay here again.

Sportsman’s Lodge

Great condo in a great location. Very clean with a spectacular view of the St. John’s. Welaka is a small town at a very slow pace. Exactly what we were looking for. The river is the star. Bring your boat. The slip has easy access directly facing the river. There is a good current at times so be prepared to tie off well with bumpers. Despite what you hear the river does change directions of flow, being influenced by the tide. The condo is very nice and quite spacious. The pool area is in great shape complete with multiple grills. The lodge sits on a high bluff overlooking a big bend in the river. Sunsets are almost unbeatable. The other side of the river is all natural. Two thumbs way up!!
