Das Haus stammt aus den 80ern und hat charmante Eigenheiten, überzeugt aber mit gemütlicher Atmosphäre, viel Platz und einer einzigartigen Lage



The Space:

Die Villa Highline ist ideal für größere Gruppen und Familien, die gemeinsam entspannte Tage in einer charmanten Umgebung verbringen möchten. Das Haus liegt ruhig oberhalb von Koblenz und bietet Platz für bis zu 16 Personen – mit viel Raum für Geselligkeit, Spiel und Erholung.



Die Villa stammt aus den 80ern und wurde teils modernisiert – sie hat Charakter, Ecken und Kanten, aber auch alles, was ihr für eine schöne gemeinsame Zeit braucht:

✔️ eine Sauna,

✔️ einen Freizeitraum mit Billard und Kicker,

✔️ sowie eine Nintendo Switch für gemütliche Abende.



Der offene Wohn-/Essbereich lädt zum Zusammensein ein, während mehrere Schlafzimmer Privatsphäre ermöglichen. Die große Fensterfront bietet einen eindrucksvollen Blick über Koblenz – besonders bei Sonnenuntergang ein echtes Highlight!

Die Villa ist nicht neu – kleinere Mängel gehören dazu. Wer perfekten Hotelstandard erwartet, ist hier nicht richtig. Wer aber eine funktionale Unterkunft mit Charme für ein Wochenende mit Freunden oder der Familie sucht, wird sich wohlfühlen.

Die Unterkunft ist eine Katerstropfe ! Nichts funktioniert und die haben es nicht mal hinbekommen einen Techniker rumzuschicken !
