"I stayed at Bear Creek Mountain Resort this past weekend and overall had a really nice experience. The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and the food was also very good. One of the highlights for me was the pools—we loved having both indoor and outdoor options to enjoy. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, which always makes a stay more enjoyable. The only downside—and for me it’s a big one—was the air conditioning in the room. The temperature stayed around 75°F, which made it hard to sleep comfortably. I ended up opening the window, which honestly saved the night. I’m not sure if this is an issue in all rooms, but I was in room 325. That said, I would definitely come back because everything else was great. I just hope the AC situation is improved, especially with summer coming—otherwise it could make a stay pretty uncomfortable."

"The bar was fun. The bartender was very nice. Th staff was great, room was clean and spacious. Great location! Breakfast was good but a bit pricy for orange juice lol. Overall, it was a good stay. "

"System down. Digital key can’t be used. There was out of body gel in the bathroom. The coffee machine was not cleaned and a used capsule was in the machine."

Friendly staff. Generous and tasty breakfast. Comfortable lounge area. And very, very quiet property. So happy I changed my travel plans. Beyond satisfied with Staybridge IHG West. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
