Our room was comfortable, parking easy, location convenient and the staff very helpful. They offer a low-cost laundry service with a very quick turn-around. The breakfast was very good, both fresh melon and strawberries. We enjoyed sitting in the cheery front lobby watching TV.

I had no warning there was no elevator. It may have been in the description but I missed it. I definitely would have opted for a place I would not have to haul my luggage up and down three stories.
Rooms and service were great. If you like looking at ships (and who doesn't!) the view of the shipping is great. Easy walk to the old town centre.
Accessible for wheelchair/ disabled guests. Staff friendly and very helpful. Fantastic views, inspiring.
