We had a room on the first floor and we used the lift, however there are some rooms that seem to be in between first and second floors and stairs were the only way to get there. "Amazing hotel with a great and helpful staff. The hotel is just across the road from the underground station which makes it easy to travel around. All the mazor tourist spots are within 10-15 minutes of public transport journey which makes it an ideal place for a tourist in the Vienna. Staff is amazing and really helpful and hotel itself is great with clean good size rooms and a nice common area with cozy sitting. Me and my wife did a semi staycation and wifi and surrounding were just ideal for that. Only improvement they can have is that they should add a small restaurant which can serve food in lunch and dinner times and also add some more vegetarian options in breakfast buffet"
