I always stay here prior to flying home to the States. Convenient for the long distance trains at the Fernbahnhof, Paulaner restaurant for my final schnitzel and supplies and quick bites available at Rewe and drug store nearby. It’s a quick walk to Terminal 1 to catch a Lufthansa flight.

The hotel is very well located and is an indoor walk to the airport train station and the airport terminal. The one issue is that signage pointing to the hotel from the station is very poor. I arrived late in the evening on the train and had to walk the full length of the mall twice to find it. (Hint: it is right next to the main Hilton Hotel!)

The property was great and the staff was friendly. The only problem was that I selected two rooms through expedia with breakfast included, but the hotel only showed one. Since I booked through expedia, they weren't able to remedy the problem and we had to pay around $30 per person for breakfast in the morning for the second room. Things I did appreciate: friendly staff, clean rooms, delicious breakfast.

Close to AirRail Terminal, but a country mile away from Rental Car return due to Airport designers. For guests using CPAP or APAP machines, having an outlet available on both LEFT and RIGHT side of the headboard is necessary. Rm 8211 had two outlets away from the window, uncomfortable for me.

I took the train in from Cologne for a flight out the next morning and couldn't be a better location as the hotel is literally just a flight up the stairs and down the hallway! Property is very well-maintained, quiet and with lots of dining/shopping right there.

Very convenient walkable from airport walkable to car renting and public parking, airport dining. The only low is the shower is not a walk-in shower it is a bath with shower.

Staying right at the airport was very convenient and the rooms were nice. We had dinner right next to the hotel (no walking outside) and were able to walk round and do last minute shopping. Loved it!
