Beautiful hotel with a very welcoming and friendly staff. The room was perfect and very well maintained. Location was perfection with its views and sounds of the plaza. Would love to plan more of our future stays at this location.

Very friendly and sweet staff. Comfortable beds and exceptional location in town. They had great communication and even assisting me with a package that was supposed to be delivered during my stay but became delayed after I checked out. Highly recommend and i would stay here again.

Das Brunner was a lovely place to stay. Right in the heart of town , easy walks to shopping and restaurants. The hotel and staff were great. The clerk even stayed 2 hours late for me to check in because weather delayed my flights. I had a great time!! I would recommend highly!

When we arrived, the doors were locked and no one was at the desk. It was raining, and where the sign is clear for the Hotel the door main entrance door was locked. We circled around the whole building (which is Multiple businesses) to find a door to the left that ties into another part of the building popped open after I called to find out how to get in - that is the reception. Shower drain was clogged, ended up flooding all over the bathroom and halfway into the room. We stopped in at the reception at different times the next day to try and catch the receptionist to see about getting the shower drain fixed. They got it unclogged. The water was insanely hot when barely turned - normally not a complaint, but it was a shock. The showerhead was the smallest, saddest thing to wash under. The Wifi is about 15 years outdated, so don't expect to get much out of that. It was spotty at best, and could barely run. It is a beautiful area, lots of shopping, there is a Parking Garage you can park within (listed on the website) about a 5 minute walk to the hotel (not great when it was raining as it was for us). It was a very quiet area, but the bed was like a brick and the pillows could have been empty pillow cases.

Perfect place to stay in Weiden. I was able to walk to restaurants, stores and go for a long walk. The room had AC which was a plus during the hot summer season. I appreciate the the fact that it had a cosmetic mirror. Smell things in life that makes your stay. The staff was friendly. Would stay there again.

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Innenstadt. Super Möglichkeiten um essen zu gehen. Mein Zimmer was super sauber und es hat alles gepasst. Komme gerne wieder!!

Ein kleines aber sehr feines Hotel im Fachwerk-Stil mit viel Charme! Unmittelbar in der Fußgängerzone, alles gut zu erreichen. Das Frühstück im Kaffeehaus Brunner sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Absolute Empfehlung

Tolles, großes, sauberes Zimmer & Badezimmer, perfekt. Einziger Wehmutstropfen ist die Tatsache, dass das Frühstück erst ab 08:00 Uhr im zugehörigen Kaffeehaus oder aber schon früher in der Bäckerei nebenan eingenommen werden kann. Tolle Lage mitten in der Altstadt, Parkhaus 3 Gehminuten entfernt.

Schönes Hotel in der Fußgängerzone. Dadurch leider per Auto nur bedingt erreichbar. Parkplätze sind sehr schwierig. Kein Frühstück, nur nebenan im Bäcker separat erhältlich. Für Dienstreisende, die schon sehr früh losmüssen nicht wirklich geeignet. Aber ansonsten empfehlenswert.

Great hotel, excellent location, friendly staff. Experience German culture. Market square just out the door. Cafe on second floor or sit outdoors. Bakery next door. Church bells starting at 0600 each day (built in alarm clock). Only minus is no car parking at hotel.

Very nice hotel with modern room - nicely updated. Location is ideal and surrounded by shops and restaurants. Everything I needed was only a short walk away. Only complaint is cleanliness Of floors. You could feel the dirt on your feet and see it on your socks. Also the pillows were very small and thin. Other than that was perfect. Would definitely stay there again!
