"Matress was saggy in the middle. No shuttle service but wheelchair assistance staff came to the hotel to bring the person all the way to the gate. "

Needs to be significantly more. Bed was mostly comfy. Balcony area is nice. Generally a very good hotel but a few areas require improvement "

Only downside was the room was far too hot (up to 26 degrees) and the air con wasn’t working as it was still on the winter setting.
