"Charming, family run hotel in a quiet section of Plauen, close to the city center. Breakfast included and really good. Staff helpful. Owner kind enough to sell me a beer even though restaurant had closed. She found me a charger for my IPad, Room was small but comfortable, clean and priced well. Book early, this hotel is popular and fills up fast."

"The room was very clean and in great condition. The bed was super comfy and the pillows were nice and plush. The closet was a huge walk in style so I was able to unpack and not have to feel like living out of a luggage bag. I loved the in room refrigerator. The shower was powerful and luxurious. Internet connected easy and was a good speed for working. Being an American speaking English only all staff was kind and spoke English for me. I felt right at home."

"The spa, gym, and lake views are excellent. The hotel has a very 90's feel and no room service (this was a bummer as we had a lake view room and wanted to stay in and relax). The beirgarten by the water has excellent food, although it closes at 930pm (as does the only restaurant on site (a buffet). The place was comfortable for 1 dayx the lake location and sauna were exactly what we wanted"

"Das Frühstück ist mehr als einfach und dafür mit 14,90 € als sehr hochpreisig einzustufen. Bei der Dame vom Frühstücksservice hatte man das Gefühl Störfaktor zu sein. Fragen beantwortete sie eher schnippisch."

"Reichlich Frühstück in gemütlicher Atmosphäre. Das Zimmer war für dieses rustikale Ambiente sehr gut eingerichtet, überrascht war ich von einer kleine Küche (je nach Zimmer) Der Innenhof ist ein sehr schöner Stil der mittelalterlichen Baukunst, auch sehr gemütlich. "
