Leider liess die Sauberkeit und Hygiene stark zu wünschen übrig. Es war offensichtlich, dass nicht gründlich gereinigt wurde, und wir fühlten uns daher nicht wirklich wohl. Schade, denn mit mehr Sorgfalt bei der Reinigung könnte dieses Airbnb wirklich top sein!"

Surrounded by beautiful hiking trails, a gorge, and water falls. A quick bus ride and brief walk you can swim in lake Walensee. "The most uncomfortable accommodations but inexpensive Appenzell you can’t be picky if you’re on a budget. The room, including the en suite bathroom is no bigger than a standard American bathroom, airless, windowless, and claustrophobic. We did not sleep, no air quality controls. However, the establishment is charming, the breakfast was ample and the staff is ultra kind and the hotel\restaurant is a five minute walk from the train station and superbly located- loved Appenzell and the surrounding outdoor activities that’s for sure."
