Mom's Perfect Birthday

Weekend stay for my mother's 77th birthday. She spent every morning on the back porch watching the sunrise drinking coffee. She handled the steps to water ok. Steps to water much better than many other houses. Love location, covered boat dock was a must for me. Cold ac, great appliances, wifi could have been better. Sister works online and she couldn't do her job. Plenty of parking front and back. Aggravating to use boat ramp on property due to buildup of drift wood. if I stay again I'd use the marina to launch boat. Lots of beds. Basement is dark-great place to sleep it off next day. If it was cooler we would have used the firepit-really cool spot. Fans on back porch are nice but, turn them off at night to keep from blowing bugs on you. Restaurants, marina, and town close by. We'd definitely stay there again.
