"Met Host at initial checkin, very helpful and hospitable. Great lakeview and access to lake, but for elderly and physical challenged the access maybe a problem. Overall me and family had an amazing stay."

"This cabin was a nice retreat for us. It is in a great location on the lake and in a quiet cove. Just enough room for everyone without a lot of wasted space. Very good set-up for the price. You can get a place that costs more and has more frills, but if you are coming to the lake to get out on the water, have a nice place to swim, enjoy some family time and stay at a functional and friendly place then this is a great fit."

"The house and property were very nice and clean. We rented a pontoon boat for a few days and used the lift at the dock. We enjoyed much time tubing and swimming. We enjoyed the hot tub and walking around the town of Wedowee. We also enjoyed a day hiking at Cheaha State Park. We have been renting VRBO homes for several years and this might be the best vacation we ever had."
