"It was a very nice stay with an excellent couple. Warm welcomed. A very nice big dog was also present to welcome. I had to say hello to the dog as he was so friendly. Very cooperative host. Family environment. Residence is upstairs like three rooms and bathroom outside the rooms. Mostly quiet. Nice and clean and a proper communication with the host throughout my stay. I was invited warmly to have breakfast but had no time. Will miss this stay."

"Excellent location to see all that Bristol has to offer, check-in was prompt and friendly and the lobby area was spacious. The double room was perfect for our stay with coffee and tea facilities, iron and ironing board. The bathroom was on the small side but it did have a bath with a shower and toiletries provided and the towels were amazing. The overall sleep quality was excellent the bed and pillows were so comfy. The hotel has a lovely restaurant The River Grille and Ricks Bar, they are both reasonably priced and fantastic choice. "
"Clean but small room, friendly staff, good breakfast and great location. Comfy bed with pillows that suited us.
Parking was £12.50 for 24 hours in the Millenium Square car park which is really close.
Towels were a bit old but did the job.
We were in room 209 which was quite noisy as needed the window open as no air con. "
"On arrival we were greeted kindly by the reception staff, check in was simple and easy, we went upto our room and I noticed that there were blood spots/stains on the bedding. I called down to reception and was moved to another room, the other room also had the same bloodspot stains on the bedding. The manager called the house keeping team, who then took me into multiple other rooms, and were saying things like "oh this one has got the stains on as well so you wont want to stay in any of these". They were very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. They were not understanding and were making me feel like I was causing problems over nothing. I said that the bloodspots are a sign of bed bugs and it makes me worried and uncomfortable, I asked to be put on another wing of the hotel to which they refused. They were wiping their hands on the desk and showing me their hands saying "see its clean no bed bugs" sarcastically. They were talking to eachother in front of me saying "theres nothing on the bedding whats she talking about". I had a flight at 4am the next morning, and had no transport to go anywhere else, so had no other choice but to stay which made me upset. The rooms weren't very clean. I felt uncomfortable for my entire stay. They gave me 2 drinks vouchers for the inconvenience. Breakfast was okay the next day, but I wont be returning."
"This was my second time staying at the Leonardo and it did not disappoint. Myself and my partner had a wonderful stay for his birthday.
The hotel is the perfect location for all different things such as the train station, Cabot Circus or the old city.
Parking was great, we parked at the Gardiner Haskins car park which was a 2 or so minute walk from the hotel. And really easy to get to from the M4 without having to drive deep into the city.
The staff are always so lovely. Special shout out to Cheyenne who I have had the pleasure of seeing on both on my stays and is just the absolute loveliest."
