"I believe the staff is well intentioned but they are under-staffed. I was there 3 nights. No one ever came in to clean/check my room. I didn't need anyone to make my bed and I'm ok with the same towels for 3 days but I had to go looking for toilet paper and never got my coffee pods replaced with new ones. When you call the front desk they frequently do not answer and no one told me there was a complimentary breakfast until I asked, on the 3rd morning, where to get some food."

"The showers could be updated but other than that...excellent rooms and breakfast was great. Good offerings with variety. Nice little pool and work out room. Definitely will stay there if traveling through the area."

"The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Didnt really like how they had it set up. It seemed very compact and if there was more than a handful of people it would be crowded. All employees we encountered were super friendly. Would definitely stay there again."

"When I arrived the front desk was closed and a woman and what appeared to be her family was sitting in the lobby. She had a list in her hands and told me I could not check in because her system was down and I would have to go somewhere else. There was no attempt to recommend other services in the area or allow me to use the phone. I had asked is there was a restroom I could use after traveling 6 hours to get there - she said no. While we sat in our car trying to work with Expedia to get a new hotel other patrons were arriving and leaving and she came outside to turn them away. While driving away two ladies sitting at the front door smoking flipped us the middle finger."
