"It was perfect for a fishing tournament. Price was reasonable. Location was close to the city ramp and Venetian Gardens ramp. At first the area concerned us but that concern went away after speaking to the next door neighbor. Just an older neighborhood of mostly hard working people just trying to make a living. "This is a cute place in a quiet neighborhood. Just what we needed, a quiet place to stay while visiting family in the area. Very basic kitchen and dining needs. Enough to make easy meals to enjoy while there. It is NOT a five star hotel but we very much enjoyed this cute little place."
