"Property was freshly updated so pretty clean overall. There were some old stains on the blanket and I found a little hair in a couple places. Looked like they could be a little more thorough in their cleaning practices. Overall I would still say an 8/10 on everything. If you are wanting a cheap motel that is clean this is your best bet to my knowledge. Can't believe there is still a place on the earth where you can stay for $35 to $50 a night and it be pretty clean. It was a good experience. "

Bed was extremely soft and had to check in and wait to get $30 deposit back at check out, have never had to do that. I could have stayed cheaper in a nicer place without a reservation. I am a light sleeper and with no curtains to cover the window and block out all of the city lights, that was a negative. Also the choice of only a sheet or a sheet and a big, heavy comforter, made sleeping very difficult. Third. the A/C unit made a loud rumble every time it kicked in.
