Hamburg Mountain House is situated in a peaceful, well-established community on a private 5 acres with incredible views and trees providing privacy between the houses which are spaced generously apart from one another. Perfect for families or couples looking to enjoy all the entertainment Asheville has to offer as well as peace, relaxation and inspiring mountain views. Tony and I live 10 minutes away so we are always available to address any questions or issues that may come up.

This 3-bedroom house mountain view house is perfect for your escape to Asheville. Each bedroom features a comfortable king bed, offering guests plenty of space to relax. With four bathrooms, mornings are easy and convenient for everyone. The house stays pleasant year-round thanks to central heating and AC. Guests will appreciate thoughtful touches like an iron and hair dryers, making packing light a breeze. Whether you’re unwinding indoors or planning your next adventure, this charming home provides a brilliant base for your getaway.

The large deck goes along the entire back of the house and features incredible valley and long range-mountain views. Two covered patios, and a hot tub spa that is situated on the upper deck for maximum viewing pleasure. The well-equipped kitchen with a center island has all the large stainless steel modern appliances: dishwasher, microwave, electric stove/oven, coffee makers (a Keurig AND traditional coffee maker) and basic spices. This home has two beautifully decorated bedrooms on the main floor, both with king sized beds with a shared full bathroom right across the hall. These bedrooms have Smart TVs, dressers and large closets. The open loft bedroom also has a king sized bed, Smart TV and private full bathroom. Some well appointed touches include ceiling fans in all living/sleeping areas, only 100% cotton bed and bath linens, comfy leather furniture to relax on and a 65" great room Smart flat screen with streaming TV. The dining table seats six comfortably and looks out over the incredible mountain vista. The gas fireplace in the great room provides additional warmth for those chilly nights. Gas grill and gas firepit (propane provided), dining table/chairs with umbrella for outside dining and lots of comfortable deck furniture from which to soak in the incredible view. The lower level has a large screen TV, cozy electric fireplace, leather sofas, shuffleboard table and 4 full size arcade games: Centipede, Pac Man, a Quality Arcade with 2500 games and a countertop arcade with hundreds of games including Frogger and Donkey Kong! Dog friendly (please, no cats), you can bring your pups -up to two for a $75 dog fee. For those who can’t leave the tech world behind, Hamburg Mountain house has reliable WiFi and cell phone service here is reliable. Please note that the all paved driveway to the house from the road is fairly long and a bit windy. Just keep going-you will come to the house in about .2 of a mile from the main road. Lively, downtown Asheville is 15 minutes away and has an abundance of shops and Art Galleries and its restaurants are world famous. Nearby Main Street in Weaverville has multiple restaurants and shops within 2 minutes of the house. Hiking, rafting and zip lining is in all directions.

The road to the Hamburg Mountain house (including the driveway) is all paved and 4 wheel drive is not necessary unless it’s during one of our infrequent snow storms.
