Better than expected!

Having stayed in many 1-star motels due to a limited budget, I have learned not to expect too much. However, my stay at the Budget Host Mesa surprised me from the moment I checked in. The friendly clerk was very cordial in welcoming me, was quite helpful in answering questions I had about the locale, and encouraged me to feel free to ask for anything I needed. The room was very comfortable, clean and included more amenities than I expected. I would not hesitate at all in staying there again in the future.

if you want to wake up 2am then stayhere

would never stay here room was filthy, people drinking outside .. growing grass on the rooftop.swimming pool was darty and some buddy came knocking on the door 2am if i wanted something...only good thing was res. next door was good..
