Our family booked both East and West rentals we picked because it was pet friendly, it was wonderful absolutely perfect for what we wanted, wanted to ride from house to dunes not have to load and unload rides. They have tons of parking space it was just perfect with outdoor area to grill and hangout we did bring extra lawn chairs but that was fine, we had no complaints and they were very easy to communicate with, can’t wait to stay again!!!!

Great stay.

House was very clean and neat. Fenced in property with easy access to Little Sahara park. Had every appliance needed with comfortable beds. Owners are great people. Definitely will stay again!

The Dunes

We do a memorial stay to celebrate my late brother. He got the family and friends to go to the dunes. Even though we miss him, we still love staying here! Property is fantastic and in a great condition and location!!location.

Perfect for family settings

Family rented the second trailer (east) and it was nice to have a secluded area to stay after playing at the dunes. Firepit for smores was perfect.

Awesome place for family fun

This was our first stay at this property in Waynoka and we will definitely stay here again next time we come. The location is perfect and we appreciated the large area for trucks, trailers,Jeeps, and ATVS. The fence around the perimeter was great, we could let the kids play outside without worry of traffic. The house was clean and met our needs so well and Rocky and Brenda were easily available for any questions. Its a wonderful place to stay when coming to the Dunes!!

Best Place at the Dunes

This is our favorite spot to stay when we come to the Dunes! This place it great for just us adults or when we bring the kids. Path to the Dunes is just across the way and the Dollar General just down the road and having the fenced in area is a major plus!

Best place to stay in wanoka

Little Sahara was the main event for our vacation. Rocky and Brenda have the best location and accommodations. Very friendly and always treat us with five star respect and help. I recommend this place above all others. This is our second year anniversary for staying here and plan on it being yearly.

Home away from home

This mobile home is a perfect home away from home. Plenty of room to park, close to the sand dunes yet far enough away that it’s quiet at night. Everything inside is furnished.

Large Friends & Family group trip

We loved the property set up!! We had plenty of room for our 45ft long gooseneck trailer, a 24ft enclosed trailer, a smaller trailer, 7 SxS', 2 campers and all of our trucks! Rocky & his wife are great people! They live nearby so they were quick to run over & show us where everything was. We'll definitely stay here again!!

Great location and owners!

We rented both units for the week. Location is great as it’s so close to the dunes yet also private being fenced in and secure. Owners are fantastic and readily available to help with anything. If you are traveling with a group, this is the place to stay! We will be back!

This priory is exactly as listed. This property is very clean and comfortable. The bed in the master is very comfortable and there were plenty linens and towels for our family. We will return.

Just Dune It

This is a fantastic location to the Dunes or downtown. There is a sand path ( save your paddles,) directly in front allowing you easy access into the Dunes. There is a new ice and water vending station just outside. Very handy and affordable to top-off cooler on your way to the dunes.

Great Place to stay - Close to the Trail to the dunes

This is always one of our favorite places to stay. Its very close to the trails to the dunes (sand highway) and far enough inside town noise is limited. Lots of trains but you get used to them and theres train noise at every house in this town. AC works fantastic House was clean with plenty of towels and linens. - Couch is great, Recliner was broken on arrival but still made a good chairs. Would rent again in a heart beat. Ice Machine outside of property was fantastic too. Made getting ready to go simple. not really a con but guest bathroom drain seems slow and back fills into tub. Id imagine its full of sand and this is an issue that comes with renting to duners and in a giant sandbox so its not an issue for us.

Dune trip
