The best the mountains have to offer awaits you at Seven Peaks! Our home is at the end on the road on Utah Mountain with panoramic mountain VIEWS of seven plus 6000 foot mountains and paved access in a private unique area .

We are CONVENIENTLY located less than 15 minutes from the shops, cafes & restaurants of historic downtown Waynesville, yet close to Maggie Valley / Cataloochee Ski area ,Cherokee and a half hour from Asheville.

Golfing, rafting, tubing, waterfalls or horseback riding are a short ride away. The SCENIC Blue Ridge Parkway winds its way through Haywood County which is also home to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park with nearby elk spotting during every season.

Nice house with a beautiful Mountain View! Comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchen. The s’mores kit was a nice touch, too. Highlights of our stay were hiking in DuPont forest to Three Falls, Lexington Glass Works in Asheville, and downtown Waynesville. All in all, we had a great trip.

Heaven in the mountains

Such a wonderful home!! This was our second time staying here and we’ll definitely be back. The house is exactly as it looks online…the views are indescribable, the firepit and hot tub are a great way to spend the evening, the kitchen is well equipped and the mattress in the master bedroom is the best mattress we’ve ever slept on. They definitely didn’t do things cheaply but as if the owners spend a lot of time there themselves. We can’t wait to go back!

So worth it!

We had an amazing stay. The drive is an adventure to the cabin, we adjusted after a couple days to that. The view was the best! The town has everything, we loved the Ingles store! Would stay again.

Family time in the mountains

This property and location was perfect for the family vacation we planned with our adult children to hike the Blue Ridge and Smokies. The house met all our expectations. The views from the deck and the hot tub were a great way to rejuvenate after our hikes.

Location was beautiful, such amazing views! Actually had a random snowstorm hit while we were there and so we got in the hot tub and enjoyed it! Close enough to town that going out to get things was easy. Very happy with our week there and would happily go back

Perfect getaway!

This house has amazing Mountain View’s, spacious decks and many large windows to let in the light and views. It is in a great location for all of the activities available in the area. The house was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. Anything we needed for cooking at home was available in the bright, open kitchen. The hot tub, gas fireplace and fire pit were enjoyed each day of our stay. Heather was responsive, helpful and easy to get in touch with. We had a great time and would definitely rent this home again.

This is a beautiful home to stay in. We really enjoyed the beautiful decks with the amazing views.

It was nice and secluded.. just birds singing in the mornings. Coffee on the deck with a view that is so stunning.! Thank you for the smores basket. The kids enjoyed the fire pit. Plenty of towels and the kitchen is very nicely stocked with all you need to cook family meals. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!!!

A Little Slice of Heaven

This property was wonderful! We did not want to leave. The views are amazing and the house was very clean. It had all of your essentials covered so you did not need to go back down the mountain.

Beautiful home

We had an amazing stay! The home couldn’t have been better stocked, and we’ve been to a lot of VRBO’s. It was quiet and private. We had a good amount of rain during the trip but we were never bored when we stayed in. Heather was very quick with her response to questions and very nice.

Breathtaking Views

We enjoyed our stay at 7 peaks with our 2 dogs. The house is very comfortable and the views of the mountains are awe-inspiring (Especially since we are from flat Florida). The views can be enjoyed from inside, from the deck, the hot tub and even the fire pit. We went out a hiked a few times and it was conveniently located for activities. Overall an amazing stay!

Great Mountain Home

We stayed with our tree young boys and they had a blast here. The location was great for hiking and getting to Ashville was easy too. The house was very well equiped and labeled which was hugely appreciated. The house was super clean, the views were incredible and amentities were awesome. Great Spring Break Getaway

THE VIEW!! This property has the most amazing view! The pictures don't do it justice. The house is spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. It was so peaceful. You couldn't hear any road traffic, just the birds singing. We would definitely book again.

Long awaited getaway

Great views. House was well stocked with everything you needed. Very clean and comfortable. The only downside to the property was the STEEP driveway and no flat area to park. Otherwise a great property.

Home away cozy stay

We really enjoyed our stay and the house was so accommodating. Most everything was thought of and everything felt like it was placed just for us. I had to laugh when the kitchen revealed to have every essential spice (that I also brought 😆). The beds were so comfy, and the bedding was nice! We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor fireplace and the hot was nice and HOT with good jets. Our kids loved playing outside and enjoyed the board games and puzzles! Thanks for a great stay!

Unbelievable views

If you want a home with a view, stop looking at other rentals and book this home! The house is super clean and has all the utensils you'll need. Coffee maker and Keurig machine for your morning cup while you look at the beautiful view. Heather responds to all inquiries immediately and is easy to work with. We will definitely come back to this home!
