We are just 12 minutes from the main gate of FLW and within walking distance of local cuisine. The yard is fenced, which is great. The steps to the back yard are steep though and the gate is hard to open and close, so be mindful of that. The house was very cozy and accommodating. Plenty of room and towels. The washer and dryer are a huge bonus. As are the thick blackout style curtains. Hosts are amazing at communicating and accommodating requests/questions. Front door is a bit tricky as its off hinge a bit.

Our host was prompt with her responses and welcoming! I had to make some last-minute changes due to weather conditions and she was very accommodating. The place is a nicely decorated older home with a lot of charm.

This home has a perfect vintage feel that's so comfortable. The owner was so great to address any questions before, during, and after our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the top if the line toiletries were so nice. The neighborhood is quiet and its location makes it so easy to walk to the middle of town on old Route 66. The cutest stores and the cleanest, most organized Dollar General is right there. Definitely close enough to Ft. Leonard Wood that you'll have no problem making curfew. We loved staying here for our son's military graduation.

We came down for a graduation at the Army Base. Our stay was nice & quiet . Host was very fast in coming to save us whenever we didnt know the back door locked on its own . Pros: fast communication with host, neat older home with fun decor. Close to the army base & stores . Cons: Back door needs a warning, no outdoor seating to relax , beds wasnt that comfortable & very hard.

I would be very careful booking this BNB. The Host double booked it and when we arrived to the property there was already someone at the house. We received all confirmation codes for the house at the time of booking and day of and paid in full over a month prior. The host had zero remorse and tried to blame it on me and said “Thanks!” When I told her to pay better attention as she stranded me and my family and 2 dogs out of state late at night! Was a disgusting experience!!! 0/5 stars!!
