"The room was nice, beds were comfortable. We stayed 3 nights and no one from housekeeping checked with us or our room to see if we needed anything. No clean towels, no coffee restocked, nothing.

area. There were two towels available the first day but that was all. The cart was not restocked at all over the weekend. Breakfast offering was great and well stocked, thanks to the night shift staff. Once day shift comes back on its all down...
