Grey Pine Lodge was just what we needed to enjoy dinner at a nearby winery. It is exactly as described and we would consider staying again the next time we are in the area.
Got to get away to see the valley and hit a few breweries. The place was very clean. The only issue I had was I did not get an email about check in so I didn’t know which room or how to get in. After a call to there emergency number was given the room number and how to get in.

Poorly Managed
Pros: convenient location, comfy bed if you like memory foam, good water pressure; pet friendly rooms (with hefty fee)Cons: self-checkout kiosk not functional so no access to snacks & supplies as advertised; 1 keurig not functional; zero response to call or text sent to property management; tumbleweed of dog hair from previous guest in our room; mildew on shower curtain; no blinds for letting light in without opening the curtains and being visible like a zoo animal to everyone walking by; no weather seal on door so bugs & spiders can freely walk in; no hooks by the door so you have to carry wet rain coats across the room to the hall tree/open wardrobe; no covered outdoor seating in case of rain; grounds poorly kept (grass and weeds grown over mulch paths and gravel seating areas; signage and entry point not easily visible from road; creepy building on the hill above that you have to pass by to get to advertised trail
