An easy place to stay for a bit. If you need a place to stay on your way to the next destination then this is for you. This camper can easily accommodate 4 people with a convertible dinette for a 5th occupant. Camper is on owners property in a quiet neighborhood. Quick access to I-35 and just 30 minutes south of Dallas and 1 hour north of Waco.

Exactly What We Needed

The rv was cute & homey. The bed was comfortable & we slept great. We were in town for a festival, so didn't get to spend a lot of time there, but it was perfect for what we needed. The neighborhood was safe & quiet. We would definitely stay again.

Short Stay for a Wedding

Loved the hospitality and effort these folks put into the property! They have a great detailed list for you & they are pretty central to a lot of things! We enjoyed our stay and even got to get a few plants from their back yard! Would happily stay again if the need ever arose!

The listing was very accurate. It was close to everything I wanted to do. The host was extremely friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend this listing. I was very impressed with the shower. It being a camper. Didn’t expect the water pressure to be awesome. The bed was very comfortable and slept like a rock every night. Loved every minute of my visit.

Off to the races!

After pricing hotel rooms on race weekend at Texas Motorplex on the weekend of the total solar eclipse I found this cute little RV at just the right price. Everything I needed- shower, comfortable bed and coffee maker. This is about 15 minutes from the racetrack in a nice quiet neighborhood cul de sac. I would definitely stay here again. Close to WM,HEB and places to eat. Try the donut shop on the corner. 😋
