From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by expansive Pamlico Sound views and a front-row seat to the energy of island life, whether it's kiteboarding in the distance, a quiet glass of wine, or family time on the deck.

Inside, you'll find teak floors, tile bathrooms, and plush carpeted bedrooms. The full, award-winning modern kitchen features an s-bend granite cocktail bar, perfect for casual breakfasts or evening gatherings. The living room offers sweeping waterfront views, leather seating, and a smart TV with cable. A dining table for six and bar seating for four make entertaining easy. The luxury waterfront master suite has a king bed, private bath with walk-in tile shower, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers another king bed, and the third a queen, each with a smart TV and water-view balcony access. A shared bath with tub-shower combo adds extra convenience.
