"This location is exactly as it is described. The sunset views from the balcony are breathtaking and it really is only a 5-10 minute walk across the street to the ocean-side. Close to restaurants and shopping, it’s probably one of the best spots in Avon. Close to your checkin date, you’ll receive a very helpful and detailed document about the property and the area. It really left no questions at all. Highly recommend!"

"This was our second time staying in this condo. It is clean, updated and in a great location for us. The amenities are amazing from the beach equipment to the little soaps. The balcony is my favorite with a beautiful view of the ocean. We saw so many dolphins on our stay and some amazing sunrises! We had a wonderful time between the beach and exploring the area. We had an issue with the HVAC but Tony handled it immediately and had someone come out that day. Check in and out is a breeze. He is a great host and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"My wife and I enjoyed our stay! Loved everything about it, except the bed situation. Bed was comfortable, but the ceiling fan was not very helpful with the top mattress blocking it. We would definitely stay again. Great value and location."

"Beautiful place, lots of room & nice yard, would be better if it was completely fenced as it is borders 2 streets. Beach access not suitable for anyone with disabilities. We however loved the home. Off season restaurant availability limited."

"On our way down, the owner contacted us to tell us that the previous guest had broken the stove. They asked if it was ok to come replace it and they compensated us with lunch for interrupting our visit, which was not necessary, but grateful for the awesome pizza! They are extremely friendly and it was a great location. The kids loved all of the different rooms and especially the loft and balconies. If ever in the Outer Banks again, we will definitely reach out to them."

"How was amazing and had all the space amenities our family and three kids could ask for. Plenty of kitchen supplies to cook meals. Beach access was perfect and the view from the balcony was amazing for morning coffee. We loved the library and enjoyed looking at the many photo albums of the house throughout the years. Would definitely stay again"
