"I just spent a week at Besito del Mar and it was everything we hoped for and more. The house is huge and well thought-out six bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, with an elevator and ramp so that getting around is super easy. The kitchen has plenty of space and tools, there’s a game room downstairs, a hot tub up top with great ocean views, and a private heated pool that was a total hit (especially on cooler mornings). The walk over the dunes to the beach feels effortless, and having an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand makes a big difference.Everything inside felt clean and comfortable. We appreciated the extra touches: streaming TVs, strong WiFi, lots of places to lounge with a book, and decks where you can watch the sunrise or just relax listening to the waves. The host was responsive, friendly, and took care of little things right away. If you want a beach house that combines luxury, accessibility, space, and that peaceful salt-air vibe, this place hits the mark."

"We loved our week at Outer Banks. Our extended family traveled together- ages 8 to 80. It was perfect! The beach was beautiful and felt private, as there were rarely more than 5 other families nearby. The swimming pool gave a great alternative to the waves for the kids and the hot tub was an amazing way to relax in the evenings! Had everything we needed in the kitchen and the elevator made the whole house accessible to my elderly parents. Internet signal wasn't strong, but it allowed us to disconnect from work more easily - which is a good thing on vacation! Cell reception was fine so we connected as hotspots when required. Jay was extremely receptive and available when issues arose (we had one pool concern due to blowing sands, but he managed it immediately). Highly recommended! You won't regret it!"

"The house is huge, and the steps are many. The bedrooms are large and roomy. It was really nice sitting on the back decks and listening to the waves crash onto the beach, which you have easy access to the beach from the house. Perfect view of the sun rising."

"All in one right here! Amazing location to a public access for the beach! DQ across the street and really good restaurants in the area! The house is amazing! Plenty of outdoor space, well lit, clean hot tub, multiple decks, outdoor showers, corn hole and a tiki bar! Perfect set up inside and out! Neighbors were friendly! The host is great, checked in the day we arrived, extended our check out and mailing the clothes we left back to us! I’ve never “saved” a place but this is one we will be returning to! "
