"This property was exactly as described. Warm and cozy and with all the "right stuff". Our family very much enjoyed the home, lake, kayaks, pontoon, beds, kitchen supplies, everything! "The house was very comfortable and very well equipped. The lake is clear and beautiful. We contacted à neighbor through a recommendation from the notebook in the house and were able to rent a pontoon for 3 days. Wautoma is definitely small town Wisconsin and close to other small towns - very charming. We would definitely consider à return trip One downside - the hot-tub did not work. It needs a major overall I think as efforts to fix it were ineffective. The manager was very responsive and did her best to get it repaired Besides that issue, the place and the responsiveness of the manager were great !"

"We had a wonderful week at this lake house with our extended family. The property offered plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax, and the view of the lake from the patio was absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked, making it easy to prepare meals for a large group. We also enjoyed fishing from the pier, and having the boat available right at the property added a lot of fun to our stay.A few things could have been improved. We rented the boat for the entire week and were surprised that it started with only a half tank of gas. While there were gas cans available for us to refill it, we felt it would have been more appropriate for the rental to begin with a full tank. We were unable to blow up the large inflatables because the connector for the air pump was missing.One thing future guests should be aware of is that the stairs leading down to the water are fairly steep and have stones in places. Children will definitely want to wear shoes, and anyone with mobility concerns should keep this in mind.Overall, our family had a great time, made wonderful memories, and really enjoyed our stay. The beautiful setting, spacious accommodations, and lake activities made for a fun and relaxing vacation."
