Carpet was very old and when we opened the windows there were ants coming inside

Staying at this hotel was a delight! The staff was very helpful and friendly. I choose this hotel initially because of the location which is fantastic. The rooms are clean, well decorated and in great condition. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. I definitely intend to stay here again.

Decent student accommodation

The room, although a tad small, was very clean and had everything I needed including working air conditioning. Towels and toiletries were provided. Shower was hot but the water pressure could have been a bit higher. Overall, a very pleasant stay and was great value for money considering its' location.

Bad- Experience was okayish, not too good for a 4 star hotel My bad sheet had dirt underneath, the charging point was far away from the bed and there was no kettle/coffee/tea services in the room. Room was also extremely small. Goods- Bathroom was clean and big, iron table and iron in good condition, staff very helpful Overall, I wouldn't call it value for money for a 4 star hotel
