The stay was amazing. It was immaculately clean and well decorated. There was everything that we needed. The breakfast was delicious and plenty of it! The fridge was well-stocked for late night snacks as well. Can’t say enough of how wonderful it was-convenient to all we wanted to do, but tucked away. Thank you! Will definitely stay again!

Duane was the ultimate host of his B & B. The Grunberg Haus is totally eclectic. Whatever any guest needed he was there for them. His breakfasts were savory and flavorful.

The property owners were warm, friendly and welcoming. They accommodated us arriving super late and helped us in every way we needed. They gave us tips on where to eat and what to see as well as made us vegetarian breakfast. This truly is a magical place and I can’t wait to see this place in the winter.

Wonderful quiet stay. Not for everyone. This is very rustic. We were in one of the cabins. Quiet and disconnected was perfect. And when we wanted more we could go to the main building for Wi-Fi pool games and music If you are more of a 5 star resort person this may not be for you. If you like real people, comfortable beds, interaction with other guests and killer good Morning coffee then this might be a fit. We’d stay Again.

We enjoyed the evening in our cabin eating around the chest at the foot of the bed, listening to the albums on the record player provided. It was pouring raining on the tin roof to fall asleep. A perfect evening!
