She was incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely helpful from the moment I arrived. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable, offered great local advice, and was always ready to help with anything I needed. "They did not have my booking when I arrived. The rooms are dated as are the bathrooms. I even had 4 cockroaches in the bathroom. I did not stay for my 2nd night. Despite the large grand front reception - the hotel is IMO only a 2* at best."

"You can't get a better stay for the price point. About 400M from the train station, this "hostel" is definitely more like a homestay than anything else. Run by a lovely family, the property is well maintained and super clean and surprisingly well beyond what you would get for this price normally. I stayed in Room 7 which is best as it had a private bathroom/shower. I would not only recommend this place, I'll stay here next time I'm in Trang."
