"The staff was super friendly and the morning buffet was delicious, even if it had some not so breakfast choices. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfy bed. Highly recommend this hotel for a affordable but luxury feel. "
"We only stayed for a couple of nights but we had a great stay. The team is really friendly. The room has everything you need and the bathroom on top of being fun, has a really good aeration system. The bed is god, big, and probably a little too soft for my taste. The location is good, about 10min walking from One Nimman and Maya malls. There is also everything you need within 5min walking around the hotel (laundry, 711, etc…)"
"I had a great stay here at Ruen Come in Hotel. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The service was amazing, I felt welcomed and the home-cooked fresh breakfast was amazing. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area."
"Great stay. Easy access to the main Nimman area. There’s the big Maya mall across the street. Lots of dining options. Everything walkable! Very nice staff. Good breakfast included. "
"Nice small hotel, clean, nice bedroom, large bathroom good for family of 4 ppls, limited parking, service average could do better, breakfast not too many choices and food below average, we live in 5th floor, right under the sky bar, kinda loud at night but overall still average rating. "
"Family-run guesthouse. Polite and friendly (very little English spoken). On a quiet backstreet. Room was very clean, but small (no wardrobe or storage space). Rather expensive (GBP 22 per night, THB 1,000) by Thai standards compared to other similar guesthouses. Location quite far from main tourist area, so need to borrow a bicycle or rent a scooter to get around. Not much nearby in the way of restaurants etc. Hard pillows."
"Other than being located outside the city center ( 1-2 min drive by scooter or tuk tuk ), Chiang phueak is the next best spot IMO. Safe, shopping, quiet, and clean. Still in the walking streets and markets which line the whole city. This hotel feels upscale, is extremely clean, well run, very affordable, and has beautiful day/night views of the golden shrine of Doi Sethup right off every balcony. Private, gated and manned under building parking with elevator. One of the best."
"Perfect location to temples, street food, and the viral fern forest cafe. I stayed 5 days,
I do wish there was a couple drawers for clothes, There was only a long bar/counter for my items but other than that it was perfect."

"Amazing day the staff with the various accommodating. We had the double deluxe room which was very spacious and the Aircon was fantastic
We were frequent users of the pool and the staff member was very friendly who looked after us very well.
I would definitely recommend this place as a UK visitor."
"The hotel greets you with warmth and hospitality from the moment you walk through the door. Staff extremely courteous and responsive. Horizon Lounge was a quiet oasis to relax and enjoy drinks and food. Free parking was an added bonus when it’s common to pay $50 a day or more at many premium hotels."
"I can’t say enough about the service at POR! The staff went above and beyond to make my first visit to Thailand easy and so enjoyable. They helped to arrange for my daily activities and were quick to answer all my questions. The daily breakfasts were amazing and the beverages and snacks available all day were definitely a plus. Thank you everyone at POR!"
"From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceded every expectation. It was the perfect base for exploring the city's temples, markets, and cafés-everything was just a stroll or short ride away. The staff was genuinely warm, accommodating, and attentive. Even with our private plunge pool, the main pool was equally spectacular-sparkling clean, serene, and beautifully maintained. The food was delicious, drink specials impressed, and I especially adored the tea service by the pool. So peaceful and an elegant experience. Theres no question if I return to Chiang Mai there's no question I'll stay here again. "
