Everyone in my team listens to my love and praise in Chiang Mai and everyone is preparing for the trip to Chiang Mai. Shangri-La was the best and the most meaningful place in Chiang Mai. "This hotel was awesome, the breakfast was a great way to start your day. The pool was quiet and beautifully decorated. The overall style of the hotel felt like you were in Thailand. The free coffee until 2pm was amazing. They even included iced cappuccinos! The people were so friendly. We would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to be able to walk old town. We loved it. "It's a nice property. Has that regal feel with oriental design elements everywhere. it's a larger hotel vs. a botique hotel so they have many amenities on site, and it's really well staffed. Property is kept up very well. I thought the pool area was a highlight as it has a nice view of the mountains in the background. I really liked their green pool towels. I never see that color anymore."
